A Selection of my Work

I develop a real relationship with my paintings. I enjoy painting varied subjects and using multiple techniques. 

What drives my creative process when facing a blank paper or canvas: an emotion, a stark visual experience, a layering of color, a line and shape suggesting a unique perspective.  

I like a still life painting to be seen from a particular vantage point, bold in its setting. 

I paint landscapes that lead the viewer along a path into the scenery. 

I want my abstract paintings to lead the viewer's eye on a journey through shapes, color, form and depth. This allows for visual movement and varied interpretation.
